Class Structure

English is the medium of instruction for all forms and for all subjects except Chinese Language, Chinese Literature and Putonghua. Putonghua is used in teaching Chinese Language for all F.1 - F.5 students.

The school has implemented small class teaching since 2002. In 2009-2010, there are 6 classes of F.1, F.2 and F.3, each class is taken care of by two class teachers. In F.1 and F.2, each class is split into two for English, Mathematics and Chinese. During English lessons, the classes are further split into different small groups to cater for the learners’ diversity and varying capabilities. The school has also implemented collaborative teaching in some other subjects, e.g. Integrated Humanities.
