21 Feb, 2012 - Inter-school Athletics Championships Day 2
Our Good Hope Athletics Team performed exceptionally well in the Inter-school Athletics Championships on Day 2, and their tremendous effort led to some notable successes. Congratulations, in particular, must go to Florence Ho of 6A for making a new Hong Kong Shot Put Record of 12.86m. The results for Day 2 are as follows:

The Inter-school Athletics Championships (Day 1) took place in Wan Chai Sports Ground on 16th February. The results are as follows:

3 Feb, 2012 – Staff Development Day
After the Chinese New Year holiday, all the teachers were gathered together to undertake a SWOT analysis of the school. On the completion of this task they were then asked to compile some ideas for the school's 5-year Development Plan in terms of how to improve teaching and learning.

20 Jan, 2012 – Chinese New Year Celebration and F.7 Farewell
An assembly was held on 20th January to celebrate the Chinese New Year. It was a very exciting occasion, in which we were entertained by the six House Captains and several teachers. F.7 students then took the stage to say farewell to their teachers and fellow schoolmates. This was their last day of formal lessons in school, as after Chinese New Year they would be revising full-time for the HKALE.

18 Jan 2012 – Blood Donation
The annual Blood Donation was held on 18th January in Delia's Hall. This year a record number of students and staff showed the real Good Hope Spirit of Love, Hope, Joy and Thanksgiving by selflessly volunteering to give blood to help others.

4 Jan, 2012 - Annual Swimming Gala
The annual Swimming Gala was held once again at the Kowloon Park Swimming Pool, on the 4th January, 2012. It was one of the most exciting annual events of the school. As in previous years, the swimmers competed by doing their best. While many of our schoolmates this year broke the previous records, they all showed the spirit of sportsmanship. No wonder the swimming gala strengthened our bonds among our fellow schoolmates.

1 Jan 2012 – New Year Concert
The annual New Year's Concert was held on 1st January 2012 to celebrate the new year. It began with a flourish with an opening speech by our principal, Mr. Chow, followed by a moving number from our school orchestra. Renditions of Down to the River to Pray and Heart, We Will Forget Him awed the audience while both the kindergarten and junior choir touched the hearts of many with their angelic voices. It was a spectacular start to 2012 and the beginning of many wonderful experiences for our students this year.
